Job Info
Apparel
Price calculates from cost and markup. Entering a price recalculates its markup.
Print locations
Add each decorated location and its screen-print color count.
Additional items
Add banners, stickers, design fees, rush charges, or anything else sold with—or without—apparel.
Create documents
Create a customer Quote or Invoice. Paid status records the document as paid; apparel jobs can also create a PO.
Enter at least one apparel piece—or add an additional item—to create a quote.
Compare costs
Compare Screen Print and Direct to Film production costs, including garments, setup, printing, shipping, and estimated margin.
Direct to Film
DTF VendorCustomer total combines apparel selling price, configured print pricing, any applicable Screen Print setup charge, optional quoted shipping, and tax when selected. Production comparisons continue to show the full garment, setup, printing, and shipping costs; PO settings control whether blanks and shipping are billed while keeping the operational details visible.
Shop Settings
Model how your shop works.
Open only the section you need. New shops begin with the first section open; after settings are saved, this page returns to a compact summary of the whole shop.

These details appear at the top of generated Quotes, Invoices, and POs.
Replaces the company-name heading on generated Quotes and POs. Wide PNG, JPG, or WebP artwork works best.
Blank apparel
Set the markup applied when a new apparel row is added. Individual rows can still be adjusted in the calculator.
When enabled, Direct to Film becomes available for apparel Quotes, production comparisons, and POs. Turning it off keeps all pricing for later.

Direct to Film tiers
First-location and additional-location values are per piece. The highest qualifying minimum is used. When Screen Print is off, the additional columns set the customer markup and shipping cost.
| Minimum qty | First location | Each additional | Quote markup / pc | Shipping cost / pc |

When enabled, Screen Printing becomes available for apparel Quotes, production comparisons, and POs. Turning it off keeps all vendor and tier settings intact.

Setup & film pricing
Screen and film charges apply once per color.
Discounts
Set the additional-location discount once, then choose whether it changes supplier cost, customer price, or both.
Screen Print Tiers
Run and shipping prices are per piece. Run prices plus markup build every customer Quote—even when DTF is selected.
Shipping
Set the supplier shipping floor and customer shipping markup. Use the DTF multiplier to normalize freight when the DTF vendor's shipping advantage or disadvantage differs from the Screen Print path.
Tax
The job's Apply tax switch is the master control. These settings determine which standard quote categories enter the taxable subtotal.
Quotes, Invoices, and Paid status remain available even when both apparel production methods are off.

Control whether supplier POs bill blank apparel and whether additional customer items also turn the PO into an internal work order.
Accepted payments
Add reusable payment destinations to customer Quotes and unpaid Invoices. Customers enter the amount shown; this tool never processes or tracks payments.
A public payment URL creates both a clickable tile and a QR code. For a provider without a universal link, upload the provider-generated QR instead.
