Meet the Production Quote Tool

See how one apparel job can move from customer information and production comparison to a Quote, Invoice, Purchase Order, and reusable saved job.

    Open the Production Quote Tool and move into the calculator.

    Enter a short sample job name and customer record.

    Add two or three apparel rows so the size run and Total Pieces visibly update.

    Add print locations and see the same job information feed both production methods.

    Open the Screen Print versus DTF cost comparison and review the recommended production method.

  6. 6

    Create the customer Quote and review the customer-facing document.

  7. 7

    Return to the job and create the supplier Purchase Order.

  8. 8

    Use Save Job to keep the editable order, or clear the calculator when you are ready for the next job.

Meet the Production Quote Tool transcript

Quoting decorated apparel can get complicated fast.

Blank apparel, production pricing, customer markup, shipping, tax… and then, after the quote is approved, much of that same information has to be rebuilt for purchasing and production.

The Production Quote Tool was built inside a working apparel-production company to bring that process together.

Start by configuring your shop.

Enter your business information, production capabilities, pricing schedules, shipping rules, tax rate, and document preferences.

Your settings stay in your browser—and you can export a backup or move them to another device.

When it’s time to quote a job, enter the customer information, apparel styles, sizes, quantities, and print locations.

The tool calculates your apparel selling price, compares your available production methods, and builds an estimated customer total.

You can still adjust individual prices, additional charges, shipping, tax, or discounts whenever the job requires it.

From that same job, create a customer Quote or Invoice… then generate a production Purchase Order using your actual costs and selected vendor.

And when you save the job as an A-L-T file, you can reopen it later, revise it, or send the complete job to someone else using the tool.

Configure the tool once.

Then use the same information to quote the customer, plan production, and keep the job moving.
